	Being aware of the program “Saving Poor Children of Congenital Heart Disease” effectively implemented by The Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients – HCMC, Mr. Minh Duong Ngoc – Chairman and General Director of Hung Vuong Joint-stock Company is very pleased to support 2 cases of heart operation per month for one child and one adult who is a main labourer in poor families.

2013 YEAR – END SUMMATION:
- Fund of the SAPP: VND 19,194,209,797 in which there were many anonymous benefactors silently contributing to VND 8,000,000,000.
- Getting satisfactory results: 505 cases were operated, achieving first – year  target 101%  - Spending on these surgeries: VND 10,922,529,000 -  The patients’ families + locals + health insurance and organizations contributing, paying directly at the hospitals: VND 19,117,431,000. 
- Cash balance has being transferred from the end of the year 2013 to the year 2014: 8,271,680,797.  
Thus, during 7 years 2007 – 2013, the SAPP’s organizations has been saving  6,162 poor children – Spending a sum of money: VND 126.063.044.056 ( not including direct spending the hospitals  VinaCapita, Dong Tay Hoi Ngo and Health Insurance). Before, only Ho Chi Minh City Heart Institute has been  participating in the program of open – heart surgery until now 21 more programs for 51 locals.

	On 25th December, 2006 in the morning Mr. Le Van Canh, chairman of Thanh Quan Tue VND 30,000,000 given to the child saving surgery of heart disease.
	On 16th January,2007 Mr. Hua Ngoc Lam, representing Taiwan Merchants Association, presented to the Surgical Research VND 50.000.000d for children with congenital heart disease.
	On 23rd February,2007 in the morning (7th Lunar New Year), two brothers born in 1996 and Phung Hung Phung list Nhu Quynh born in 1999 at 225/1 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Q3, guiding the family to give the VND 25,000,000 (two children by mobilizing family contribution) for heart surgery for the poor little fellow.
